Shipping Policy

Every item is made to order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed, allowing us to maintain high quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

Processing & Production Time

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before they are shipped.

Please note that production times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5 on all U.S. orders.

• FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping rates for Canada and other international destinations are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Desmadrosos Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Customs inspections or processing

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Other circumstances beyond our control

While we can't control these situations, we'll gladly help you track your package and answer any shipping-related questions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
